OUR FOUNDER
Emma Bernier is a rising force in the personal development world.
She is a Psychological Astrologer and Transformational Coach who specializes in leveraging the power of Astrology for self-actualization.
Through expansive and conversational consultations, Emma empowers her clients to strengthen their self-relationships.
Her approach goes beyond simply changing behaviors; instead working with clients to shift their self-perception, unlocking their true potential. By delving deep into their psyche, Emma helps clients uncover their authentic + empowered selves and guides them in embodying the person they aspire to be.
MY STORY
Adopted as an infant and raised in a multiracial home in predominantly white towns, a sense of belonging felt impossible to come by as a Korean adoptee.
I felt like an outsider, yearning for a place I was understood and accepted.
Social anxiety and selective mutism became my companions as I learned to mask my true self, molding into whoever others wanted me to be.
Despite feeling alone and misunderstood everywhere I went, dance studios quickly became my “safe space,” where I could boldly express all that I struggled to articulate in words.
However, the trauma from my childhood cast shadows over my life. I struggled with intense bouts of despair and suicidal thoughts that perpetuated the feelings of unworthiness that had taken root within me.
One day I came across a painstakingly accurate summary of the zodiac sign ‘Aquarius’ in a magazine.
I felt seen in ways I’d never experienced, and began utilizing Astrology to better understand myself, secretly hoping it would help me escape the downward spiral I felt fated to.
My inquisitive essence eventually led me to study Neuroscience (pending a career in medicine), and I even tried my hand in the nightlife and entertainment industry.
My journey home to myself did not occur after one large, pivotal experience.
It has occurred after many '“smaller” instances of choosing authenticity over approval, learning to find presence, and exercising my personal power.
My sacred medicine for the world is found in my inclination toward change and reinvention — in permitting myself to be transformed time and time again.
It is now my honor and privilege to serve others as they allow versions of themselves to die in order to truly live.

Every person is multifaceted and has the powerful skills and resources to transform and self heal — processes that truly occur from the inside out. It’s only when our internal world aligns that our external reality can meet us there too.
Disconnection from ourselves and our personal power is due to a case of mistaken identity. Much of our growth stems from unlearning who & what we have been conditioned to be and do — to return to our natural, empowered state.
Everyone can manifest, co-creating the lives they desire and feel passionate about. Creativity is human nature, so if you’re a person, you’re also a creator!

Our work invites clients to form a co-creative partnership with us which leads to a more balanced, collaborative effort toward healing and alignment that results in clients feeling heard, seen, and considered.

We utilize Psychological Astrology solely as a tool for greater self understanding and self cultivation — to reveal unresolved inner wounding, hidden strengths/skills, and preferences or tendencies.
